Dear Margy

Received your letter Sunday & was swell to hear from you Sound as though youre still on the basll you want to watch out for those FQ wolves though Especially at Ft Thomeas Theyll get in your hair

Im doing a bit of "goldbricking" this afternoon The CO went out on the firing range so we re all alone The st Sgt is on furlough so Im sort of taking his place while hes gone Im the only guy who knows how to make out the reports and stuff Most of them are made up in the morning so the afternoon is fairly free Guess I should dash up to headquarters & see if anything is cooking but whats the use in asking for trouble It comes without cooking
