Dear Marge,
Hope you'll forgive me for forgetting your address "you see remembered all of it, kept the" and better than take a chance. I sent it this way, I'd rather be safe. beautiful houses and fast women. "Are you still working hard. I sure wish I was hanging around that old town again. Like I told Betty, it's just a year ago yesterday that I wacked "Civey Smice" then I did plenty of traveling and plenty has happened. Oh to get back to the "Cayo". That's a hopeless thought though, so I guess I'm forced to put up with the infantry. Besides there's always the feeling "It can't last forever". I hope. I understand you're been having some pretty cold weather lately. So have we and I'm afraid its staying. Old man winter struck his head around the camp and I guess he likes our side better. I wish he'd got disgusted and go home and let me go home. What's new around town besides the "au". I guess all the cadets have left by now, haven't they? " ". Well I better close for now and write later.

Your Cous
Tom
