is out on business and will return tomorrow so I've had it mighty easy the last day & a half sleeping till ten which is very unusual in the army. I hear it's pretty cold in Chicago, boy we've been having nice warm weather down here. Been shining all the time. I went to Dallas new years and sun Larry Swindell, his just the same as ever, going in Service soon.
He wanted to know how the old gang was which I couldn't tell him much about. Well honey I haven't much to say of any importance tonight & I want to write my brother so will close with love & kisses
