Dear Mother and Dad:-
Just returned from supper so will put a few minutes in trying to relate some news. Didn't have a chance to write you yesterday. But will make up for it now. Well yesterday I was on Kitchen Police and had a regular job. But a fellow Rather enjoys something of that sort because it isn't very often his turn comes around. But at the end of the days work, one will admit he is glad it is over with. I believe I mentioned in one of my previous letters of receiving a card from Ruth, Wish I knew her address

so I would be able to write a thanking her for remembering me. It is the same old story always. Feeling fine and dandy. Ray and all the rest of the boys are the same. Haven't received mail for the last few days. But guess I will some time this week. Because I have written several letters of late, which I severely ought to be hearing from. Well how are all of the folks. Hope all is well with them all. Tell Clyde to be on the look out for a letter from me. Will try to write a word to him as soon as I finish this letter.
