Dear Mummy

I said I would write you another card so here I am We had a field day today I had blanks but only fired three I am coming by the We shall get up at tomorrow Quite early isnt it I shall be at St Marys at about Dont meet me at the station

I shall arrive with enough things on and as I shall have to travel to Scarborough in them please get some brasso and rags ready for me to clean them a bit We have to look so efficient Am going to have my last bathe today and not going to post this and get some bing at the NAAFI Please give my love to Grandma and Jean
