Dear Sir I have been expecting a letter
from you for some time As I have been
disappointed perhaps you were waiting on
me As I feel an interest in your welfare I
would like to hear from you how you are
getting along in your studies and in
Religion and Religious paragraphs
the place If you have had any great
revivals this winter and have you spent
your holidays
In my travels I have had the privilege
of been in several good revivals in
Rogatton Groveport Winchester and east of
Lancaster Several hundreds at those
different places profess to be

We have had a very open winter but the health of our country is good The roads is very bad there is great complaint of the corn spoiling in consequence of the wet winter
Men are breaking up in money failures Especially those that went deep into the hog business prices is low and every thing is in a kind of stagnation
I have not heard any thing from your friends since I saw you Please write me and give me all that will be interesting both in regard to your health your school and your religious enjoyments and prospects of a better world
May the Blessings of Heaven attend your effort and make you a good and great man in the site of God and all men
