Sir, As no Inventory of the above estate appears to have been recorded in the proper commissary court, I beg to intimate, that I am about to report the case to the board of the inland revenue, with a view to the adoption of legal proceedings. I beg to refer to the memorandum and abstract of duties annexed.

N.B. - As the commissary clerks are only required to transmit the Inventories recorded by them once every month, it will be expedient that a certificate y the commissary clerks be transmitted to me immediately on the inventory in question being lodged with me for the purpose of being recorded, that I may gave early advice of the fact.
