I received your kind and welcome letter and was glad to hear from you I suppose you are all settled by this time Well how are you and every today else We are all we well Have you any garden in yet

I havent got any in yet but the garden in plowed I was going to put it in today but it rained so I cut seed potatoes Have you any little chickens yet I have about eight about weeks old We had Newar and Satuder all round to dinner yesteray I was a wishing you and Grandma could of been here too I havnt got any house clearning done yet it been so cold that I thought I would wait

Did you get yourself a new hat I am going to get one but I havent got it yet I looked at some Saturday but they are so high
