Dr Shaws Property

Dear Sirs

I have received your letter of the rd instant returning draft disposition revised by you

As the warandice clause will amply protect my client I have no objection to the deletion by you of my addendum to it although as the addendum puts no other liability on Dr Shaw that the stationary form imposes I do not think it need have been objected to

The church sittings certainly pass as parts and pertinent with the property whether specially included in the Missives of sale or not and I have therefore restored the clause in the draft disposition as framed by me See Duff June M Peden Nov M Duff on Fendal conveyancing
