7th May 1881 Dear Sirs, Mains Desentail I now beg to send you Draft of my Report for perusal, and return the whole papers received from you. There is only one point on which I am not altogether satisfied. In the description of the lands in the Deeds of Consent to the Desentail no mention is made of the Leind's which are included in the Instrument of Desentail. But as the parties consent to the Desentail "of the whole lands" estates and others contained in the "Deed of Entail" probably that is sufficient and have not thought it necessary to bring the matter
